PetLuv Uganda: Saving Dogs, Protecting People

Frequently Asked Questions
In this section, we provide answers to the top inquiries made by the general public and donors.
PetLuv offers a humane, community-based solution to animal neglect and rabies. We aim to establish Western Uganda’s first Small Animal Clinic and Dog Sanctuary with an aim of rescuing, treating, vaccinating, and educating communities to improve both animal welfare and public health.
We currently operate an ambulatory veterinary service across Western Uganda, providing basic treatments, emergency response when called, and sensitization on animal welfare and vaccination.
These efforts have saved many lives and demonstrate that communities respond when services are available.
We need support to construct and equip the clinic and sanctuary, secure medical and field supplies, fund rescue logistics, and sustain staff and outreach programs. Every contribution brings us closer to a safer, more compassionate community.
You can donate, sponsor a rescued pet, volunteer your time, or help raise awareness about rabies prevention and animal welfare. Each action directly supports our mission to rescue, heal, and protect animals across Western Uganda.
